
Jacqueline Wilson
Ballet Instructor
Jacqueline Wilson has studied at many ballet studios including the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Amy Blake’s Academy of Dance, Houston International Ballet Academy and International Ballet of Houston. During her pre-professional years, Jacqueline was cast with the title roles in Houston International Ballet Academy’s productions of Giselle, The Nutcracker, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Peter and the Wolf. In 2008 Jacqueline was blessed with a professional contract with Atlanta Festival Ballet in Georgia. There she received soloist roles in their performances including The Little Mermaid, The Nutcracker, and Beauty and the Beast. This year Jacqueline is enjoying studying towards her associate degree in psychology at Alvin Community College, taking ballet class, and teaching ballet at Chara Christian Dance Academy as well as privately with individual students. Jacqueline has been accepted into Gelsey Kirkland’s New York summer intensive and has been selected from Gelsey Kirkland’s national and international audition tour to be considered as a potential trainee in the Gelsey Kirkland Academy and Professional Company.
